We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes Your agreement to pay the updated fee.

RelayThrough integrates with WhatsApp Business API through Twilio. Your use of WhatsApp features through the Service is also subject to Meta's and Twilio's applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp through the Service complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services integrated with the platform.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RelayThrough and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RelayThrough.
You retain ownership of all Content You submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting Content, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to You.
Your use of the Service is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review Our Privacy Policy to understand Our practices regarding the collection and use of Your personal data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of your customers or contacts that You process through the Service is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service or contact Us to request Account deletion.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
